Warrnambool Environment Park
Wellspring prepared a Masterplan for the former refuse site to create an Environment Park incorporating a waste transfer facility, recycling hub, plant nursery, arts and business facilities, eco housing and extensive wetlands adjacent to Merri Creek. Broad stakeholder consultation and engagement informed the Masterplan.
